Cookie Policy

What this site stores in your browser — at the moment, essentially nothing.

What we set today

No cookies. There are no accounts to keep you signed in to and no shopping basket to remember, so there is nothing for a cookie to do. You will not see a consent banner here, because there is nothing to consent to.

We do count visits, using Vercel Web Analytics. It is deliberately cookieless: it stores nothing in your browser, creates no identifier and cannot follow you between sites. It records which page was opened and how quickly it loaded, in aggregate — enough to know which tools are worth improving, and not enough to know anything about you.

It never sees what you type, upload or produce. The tools run in your browser and send nothing anywhere, so there is nothing for analytics to collect even if it wanted to.

Local storage

Some tools may save a small preference — a chosen output format, or a panel you collapsed — in your browser’s local storage. That is not a cookie: it is never attached to a request and never sent to us. It stays on the device you used, and clearing your browser data removes it.

What will change with advertising

The tools are free and the intention is to cover hosting with advertising. Ad providers generally set their own cookies to measure how many people saw an advert and to limit repeats.

When that happens, and before any advert is served:

  • This page will name the provider and link to its policy.
  • It will list what is set and what each cookie is for, in plain language.
  • Where consent is required, you will be asked properly — with a real option to decline that is as easy to use as accepting.

The privacy policy will be updated at the same time.

Managing cookies yourself

Every major browser can block or clear cookies for a specific site, and those settings apply here like anywhere else. Because the tools do not depend on cookies, blocking them will not stop anything on this site from working.
